Classic Blonde has a clean and crisp palate with characteristic acidity which enhances the flavors beautifully. Medium-gold in hue, this Chardonnay greets the senses with aromatic vibrancy of orange marmalade, which is lifted by linden flower, honey graham cracker, and salty buttered popcorn. The full and broad mouthfeel reveals flavors of honey royale nectarine, ripe Meyer lemon, dried apricot, and green pineapple. On the moderately long finish, notes of crisp Granny Smith apple and Nilla wafer combine with an intriguing suggestion of orange blossom, accented by vanilla barrel notes. This wine is filled with verve from start to finish.
