Medium gold. Carmalized fruit notes of grilled pineapple and baked Granny Smith apple with subtle notes of nutmeg and graham cracker in the background. Medium to full bodied up front on the palate with consistent flavors of grilled pineapple and baked apple midway. Soft and unctuous in the mouth with a good weight and crisp acidity. Finishes with green appple, green papaya and a fun salinity.
Aged 20 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels
