WH Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021

Our signature varietal displays classic Cabernet traits that can be expected from vintage to vin-tage. Deep ruby in color, our Cabernet opens with a supple nose of dark plum and cassis, followed soon by subtle yet luscious undertones of cedar and black raspberry. A plush and fruit-forward mouthfeel gives way to the mid-palate, which is framed by gorgeous, cocoa-dusted silky tannins. Full-bodied structure and a fine silky texture enhance the finish. Similar to recent vintages, our Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a bolder side, both delicious now and age worthy through the next decade. Spends 23 months in new and once filled French oak barrels with fruit sourced from our estate vineyard.
